Order Processing

Please allow 3-4 business days for order processing before your order ships. Orders are not typically shipped the same day they are placed. Our processing time allows us to prepare, pack, and carefully check each order before it leaves our hands.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and your destination.

• Standard Shipping: Please allow approximately 5 business days for delivery after your order ships.

• Expedited Shipping: Faster shipping options are available at checkout if you need your order sooner.

Please keep in mind that order processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Standard shipping is not a 1–2 day delivery service, and choosing expedited shipping does not automatically mean your order will ship the same day.

All delivery timeframes are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been confirmed with us.

Need Your Order by a Certain Date?

If you're shopping for a birthday, special occasion, gift, or other time-sensitive event, please contact us before placing your order or immediately afterward with your required delivery date.

We'll do our best to help you determine whether your order can arrive in time and recommend an appropriate shipping option when available. If you need your order urgently, please do not rely on standard shipping without confirming the timeline with us first.

While we are happy to help whenever possible, we cannot guarantee a requested delivery date unless we have explicitly confirmed it with you.

Queen of Jackals is an independently operated small business, not a large-scale fulfillment warehouse. We do not offer automatic same-day shipping, and orders are processed in the order they are received.

We understand that waiting for an order can be exciting, especially when you've found something special ♥ We work to get every order on its way as promptly as possible, but we ask that you allow the stated processing and transit times when planning your purchase.

Once your package has shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. Carrier delays and other circumstances outside our control may affect arrival times.
